Cole Malinauskas

Cole Malinauskas is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise account management and strategic sales across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive at Squint since March 2025, Cole previously held various roles at Pave from May 2021 to March 2025, including Account Director for Strategic Accounts and Sales Team Lead. Before that, Cole was a Senior Account Executive and Founding Account Executive at Amplemarket, contributing to innovations in prospect engagement. Cole’s sales journey began with roles at Paycom, Cadency, Hipmunk, and The Walsh Group, demonstrating a strong track record of increasing territory business, optimizing client engagement, and enhancing sales processes.
