Selma Baouch

Selma Baouch is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. Currently serving as the Co-founder and Partner at Squire Patton Boggs in Amsterdam, Selma also holds the position of Vice President at the European American Chamber of Commerce Netherlands since February 2022. Previously, Selma practiced as a Partner at Taylor Wessing, focusing on corporate and private equity matters, and advised multinational enterprises at AKD, where responsibilities included due diligence proceedings and corporate contract negotiations. Early career experiences include roles at Norton Rose LLP and substantial legal training from the Grotius Academy and University of Amsterdam.
