Ricardo Garcia

Ricardo Garcia is a seasoned professional in sales, business development, and blockchain technology, currently serving as Senior Account Executive EMEA at Squirro since October 2024. As Co-Founder and Vice President of BerChain since September 2018, Ricardo has played a pivotal role in promoting the Berlin blockchain community through strategic planning and the organization of various events. Previously, Ricardo held key positions at Scantrust, including Director of Sales & Partnerships EMEA, leading sales efforts and partnerships for enterprise blockchain applications, and at BigchainDB as Business Development Manager, focusing on customer acquisition and strategic partnerships. Ricardo's background also includes roles at EY in strategy consulting for financial services, and internships at prestigious financial institutions like UBS and Credit Suisse. Ricardo holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of St.Gallen and completed an exchange semester at the Rotterdam School of Management.
