Bo Lump has a strong background in business development and sales in the aviation industry. Bo is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development - Americas at SR Technics Group since July 2022. Prior to that, Bo worked at ITS, where they held the positions of Vice President of Sales / Product Line - Airframe and Engines and Vice President of Asset Management from 2015 to 2022. Before joining ITS, Bo was employed at Chromalloy where they served as the Director, Small Engine Vertical and Director of Business Development from 2012 to 2015. Bo began their career at Barnes Aerospace as a Business Development Manager from 2009 to 2012 and at CDI Engineering Solutions as the Director of Business Development from 2003 to 2008. Bo started their aviation career in 1998 as an Account Executive at Aerotek Aviation LLC.
Bo Lump graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
