Dean Wisler

Dean Wisler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Vice President of Continuous Improvement at SRAM, LLC since December 2018, Dean Wisler previously held key leadership roles at Terex Corporation, including Vice President of North America Manufacturing and Global Sourcing for Aerial Work Platforms, as well as Senior Director of Terex Business Systems. Prior to Terex, Dean Wisler served as Director of Operations at Genie Industries and held various managerial positions at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, focusing on lean manufacturing practices. Dean Wisler began their career as a Production Supervisor/Quality Engineer at Colorado Container Corp. Dean Wisler holds an MBA in Operations Management from Seattle University and a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Colorado State University.
