Joanne Capella

Joanne Capella is an experienced IT Application Engineer at SRC since February 2016, where responsibilities include collaborating with internal clients to identify software development needs and administering WorkflowGen and AnswerHub systems. Concurrently, Joanne has served as a Programmer/Analyst at Le Moyne College since November 2012, developing web applications in C# and MVC, managing third-party software systems, and generating custom reports. Earlier roles include social media management for The Arts and Crafts Society of Central New York, digital marketing and software analysis at Inalign Inc., and various graphic design positions across multiple companies including Syracuse China and Hollowick. Joanne holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Information Systems and Telecommunication Management from Syracuse University.
