David Feldman, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at SROA Capital, responsible for overseeing property accounting for over 300 self-storage facilities across the United States since June 2022. Additional experience includes roles at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP, Kin Properties, Inc., and Goldstein Lewin and Co, with responsibilities encompassing audits, financial statement preparation, and tax compliance. David holds a B.S. in Business, Accounting from Lehigh University, completed in 2007.
