Michael Grebe

Michael Grebe has extensive experience in leadership and board governance across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Episcopal School of Jacksonville and the Executive Chairman of the Board at Berlin Packaging since April 2019, Grebe also holds roles as Lead Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Access Information Management, Advisory Director at Berkshire Partners, and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Sterling Talent Solutions. Additional responsibilities include serving as Chair of the Audit Committee for SRS Distribution Inc. and a Board Member at Baptist Health until March 2024. Previous board experience includes roles at SiteOne Landscape Supply, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and a long-term tenure as Chairman and CEO of Interline Brands from 1998 to 2016. Michael Grebe is an alumnus of the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
