Wesley Freeman is an experienced mechanic currently employed at SSA Marine since September 2020. Previously, Wesley held multiple roles at SpaceX from February 2014 to August 2020, including Launch Pad Instrumentation Technician, where responsibilities included building, installing, and maintaining data acquisition and automation controls for the Falcon9 launch pad. Wesley also served as a Crane Operator, certified by NCCCO, with five years of critical lift experience, and as a Test Technician, overseeing production testing of composite flight components. Prior to SpaceX, Wesley was the owner/operator of Cutting Edge Landscape and Design from April 2004 to May 2014, managing a successful landscaping business focused on mid- to high-end design and build. Education includes an Associate’s degree in Occupational Studies from the New England Culinary Institute, earned between 1998 and 2001.
