Justin Saenz

Justin Saenz serves as General Manager at SSAB since January 2022, overseeing various operational strategies. Previously, Justin held the role of General Manager and Director of Operations at AAA Flame Cut Steel, LLC from May 2006 to February 2022, where responsibilities included directing business planning, sales, accounting, and production to deliver customized steel solutions. Justin implemented production improvements and digital transformations that enhanced efficiency and quality, utilizing just-in-time and lean manufacturing methodologies. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Associate of Arts from South Plains College.
