Jill Rice

Jill Rice is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Business Partner Principal at SS&C Technologies since February 2022, Jill previously held prominent positions such as Head of Human Resources at Zenith Home Corp and Sr. Director of Human Resources at Chemring Countermeasures USA. Additional experience includes Plant Director of Human Resources at Ready Pac Foods, Head of Human Resources for the United States at 1&1 Internet, and Sr. Director of Human Resources and Payroll at Team Clean. Jill’s career also includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Resource Residential, U.S. Corrugated, and The Buccini Pollin Group, as well as Human Resources Manager at Corporate Interiors. Jill Rice holds a BA in English from King's College.
