Vivian Ramos

Vivian Ramos is an experienced professional currently serving as a Commissioner for the Cultural Arts Commission of South San Francisco since April 2024, where consultative services and cultural promotion are key responsibilities. From January 2011, Vivian has held leadership roles, including Vice-Chair of the Parish Pastoral Council and Head of Communications Ministry at St. Augustine in South San Francisco. Vivian has extensive experience in operations and strategy, having served as Head of Strategy & Operations for PROFESSIONALS TO USA, INC since 2001, and in various senior roles at Franklin Templeton where significant contributions were made to investment management transformation and data science strategy from 2019 to 2022. Prior positions at FactSet included Senior Vice President focusing on index solutions, and significant operational roles at Revere Data LLC and Research Affiliates, among others. Vivian holds an MBA in Finance and Investment Management from Golden Gate University and graduated with honors with a BA in Economics from the University of the Philippines.
