Mishu Rahman is an experienced professional in merchant acquisition and customer relationship management, currently serving as an Executive at SSLCOMMERZ since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mishu worked as a Junior Executive at Bikroy from February 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included conducting market research and effectively persuading clients to purchase premium products. Mishu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Bangladesh (2017-2018), and a Master's (MA) and Bachelor's (BA Honours) in English Literature from Dhaka City College (2017-2019 and 2011-2017, respectively). Early education was completed at Birshreshtha Munshi Abdur Rouf Public College and Zarina Sikhder Girls High School and College.
