Joan Karsten

Joan Karsten has extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Little White School House and Agnesian HealthCare, Joan has also held the position of President of the Board of Directors at Ripon Medical Center, where an interim CEO role was also undertaken. Additional experience includes serving as President of the Board of Directors for the Ripon Chamber of Commerce and as a board member for the Fond du Lac County Economic Development Corporation. Joan Karsten earned a Bachelor of Science in Adaptive Physical Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1977 to 1981.
