Currently serving as the System Director of Enterprise Risk Management at SSM Health since August 2020, Vicky previously held the position of Executive Director of Quality & Safety Operations at Mercy from February 2003 to August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Business Risk Services at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and as Executive Director at Arthur Andersen & Co. Vicky began a career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse at Deaconess Hospital Inc.
