Fiona joined SSP Group in 2011 and was appointed Group General Counsel & Company Secretary in February 2023.
She leads the Group legal and company secretarial team.
Fiona is a solicitor with more than 20 years’ international experience advising both private and FTSE/ ASX listed companies across a broad range of sectors. She has significant experience in strategic M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance. Prior to joining SSP, Fiona held senior corporate finance legal roles at Travers Smith LLP and Herbert Smith Freehills LLP (Sydney).
Fiona holds a LLB degree from Bristol University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
