Steve joined SSP in 2011, initially as the head of professional services for one of the products, then as the head of the Specialist Business Unit. With more than 35 years’ professional services experience working in the IT services sector, for the most part serving the financial services industry, Steve was made Director of Intermediary Delivery Services in 2021 and Director of Broker in 2022; he brings his considerable experience to the leadership team, strategically managing and developing the Broker product range, some of the biggest customers and most important projects.
