St. Anthony Foundation
Kate Armstrong currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Community Safety Services at St. Anthony Foundation, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Kate was the Advocacy Coordinator at Hôpital de la Conception et Universite d'Aix-Marseille from April 2021 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Global Advocate with MAMA HOPE, a Psychological Assistant at the Trauma and Stress Recovery Center, and a Volunteer Health Coordinator at the University of San Francisco. Additionally, Kate has held roles with Generacion, NGO, the University of Zambia as a Research Development Intern, and worked as a Community Health Worker with Bay Area Young Positives. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Pre-medicine from the University of San Francisco.

Founded in 1950, St. Anthony's provides medical care, addiction recovery treatment, workforce development, jobs, meals, clothing and tech access to those experiencing homelessness and low-income people in the Franciscan spirit.
