Prior to this role, Tiffany worked at LUMIN Schools from July 2014 to November 2023, where Tiffany held the position of Principal and Senior Regional Director in Racine, focusing on servant leadership for students, staff, and the community. Tiffany's career began as a Social Studies Instructor at Carmen Schools of Science and Technology from August 2011 to June 2014 and included experience as a Customer Service Representative at Pilot Freight Services from September 2007 to July 2011. Tiffany holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Education from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

St. Augustine Preparatory Academy is a K4-12 non-denominational Christian school located in Milwaukee’s south side. We currently serve over 1,400 students in grades PreK-12th grade...graduating our first class in spring 2021!
