Clayton Sinclair

Clayton Sinclair has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Mining Manager at St Barbara Limited since May 2020. Previously, Clayton held the position of Open Pit Superintendent at Barrick Gold Corporation from April 2015 to May 2020. Prior to that, various roles were undertaken at Barrick Gold Corporation, including Mining Technical Advisor, Training Coordinator, and Senior Mine Trainer from June 2012 to June 2014. Clayton's career also includes supervisory and operational roles at Minerals and Metals Group from August 2004 to June 2012, and a stint as an all-round plant operator at Kagara Limited from May 2002 to August 2004. The mining journey began as a mill reliner at Murchison Relines from January 2001 to May 2002. Clayton graduated from Ravenshoe High in 2000.
