Ann joined the board in 2021 after 33 years as an audit professional with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, including 16 years as an audit partner. She also is the current board chair for Bend’s Tower Theatre Foundation.
Rhoads has previously served on two other St. Charles committees: the audit and compliance committee and the investment sub-committee.
