Mark Hallett, MD, MBOE, FAAFP, serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at St. Charles Health System, where responsibilities include overseeing the clinical enterprise and leading significant organizational transformation. Previously, Mark held roles as Clinical Advisor at Bayesian Health, Chief Medical Officer at PeaceHealth, and System VP for Patient Safety and High Reliability at ThedaCare. With extensive experience in physician leadership, clinical excellence, and patient safety, Mark has played a critical role in managing COVID-19 responses and implementing Lean practices in healthcare. Mark is also an inventor with a patent for a concussion reduction device and has contributed to the field of sports medicine through various leadership roles and educational initiatives. Mark earned an MD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s degree in Health Care from The Ohio State University.
