Mike Richards, MHPA, has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Operations at St. Charles Health System since January 2014. Previously, Mike held various leadership positions within St. Charles Medical Group, including Interim President, Director of Ambulatory Specialties and Operations, and Director of Operating Integrity. Prior to this, Mike worked in finance roles at Grande Ronde Hospital and St. Charles Health System, and served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Providence Health & Services. Mike began the career as a Research/Teaching Assistant at Washington State University Spokane. Academic qualifications include a Master of Health Policy and Administration from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
