Alex Wu was born in Kunming, China. In 1988, they started their career as a project officer at the Social and Economic Development Commission in Wuhua. Alex held this position until 1991 when they moved to St. Clair College.
In 2005, they became the president of Great Lakes Taiji & Qigong Association. Alex held this position until 2007 when they left to become the manager of international recruitment at St. Clair College.
Alex Wu has a Master's Certificate in Project Management from St. Clair College and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the National University of Defense Technology in China.
