Christina Felton Thompson has extensive work experience in communications and public relations. Christina most recently worked as the Director of Communications at St. David's Foundation starting in April 2020. Prior to that, they were a Communications Officer at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation from August 2019 to April 2020. Christina also had a long tenure at Edelman, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President from February 2013 to August 2019 and Vice President from December 2010 to February 2013. Before joining Edelman, they were Vice President and General Manager at Vollmer Public Relations from May 2009 to December 2010. Earlier in their career, they served as Senior Vice President at Saxum|PR from March 2005 to May 2009 and Public Relations Manager at Neiman Marcus from June 2000 to September 2003. Christina began their career as a Promotions Manager at GQ Magazine from January 1999 to February 2000 and an Account Executive at Evins Communications from 1994 to 1996.
Christina Felton Thompson obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on general studies, from Manhattanville College. Christina attended the college from 1990 to 1994.

St. David’s Foundation is one of the largest health foundations in the United States, funding $70 million annually in a five-county area surrounding Austin, Texas. Through a unique partnership with St. David’s HealthCare, a Malcolm-Baldrige award-winning hospital system in Central Texas, the foundation reinvests proceeds from the hospital system back into the community, with a goal of building the healthiest community in the world. Additionally, St. David’s Foundation operates the largest mobile dental program providing charity care in the country and runs the largest healthcare scholarship program in Texas.
