Kirk Dieckamp has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, beginning with a role as Bar Manager at Charlie & Barney's from March 1984 to September 1989. Since July 1989, Kirk has been employed at St. Elmo Steak House, holding positions as both a Waiter and Executive Chef. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Purdue University, completed in 1978.
