Dr. Twum-Barimah is both a Grenadian and Ghanaian national, born in the Pacific Islands. With a background in public and private sector development and aid relief, he is a proud alumnus of St. George’s University, earning undergraduate and master’s degrees in 2011 and 2014 respectively. In 2023, he obtained his Ph.D. in Education: Organizational Leadership from Liberty University.
