Luke McNamara

Luke McNamara is a seasoned professional in development management, currently serving as Senior Development Manager at St Hilliers since July 2022, overseeing notable projects like the $200 million West Village in Newcastle. Previously, Luke held the Development Manager position at ColonySix from August 2017 to July 2022, managing several high-profile developments including the $400 million WIN Grand in Wollongong and the $300 million KAMBRI Precinct at the Australian National University. Luke’s earlier experience includes a role as Company Director at Night Parrot Bar, Board Member for the Property Council Illawarra Chapter, and Development Manager at Wollongong City Council, where significant economic and cultural developments were achieved. Luke co-founded TIRO Group and has also contributed to national conferences geared towards local government innovation. Educationally, Luke holds a Juris Doctor in Law from UNSW and a Bachelor of Business & Commerce from Western Sydney University, among other qualifications.
