Emma Paxton

Emma Paxton is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting. As of December 2023, Emma serves as the Group Financial Reporting Manager at St. James’s Place. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions at Quilter, including Group Reporting Accountant and International Financial Reporting Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory reporting requirements. Additionally, Emma worked at Carnival UK, contributing as a Financial Accountant focused on capital and policy compliance and leading the Oracle R12 reimplementation project. Emma's career began at Skandia as an Accountant and progressed through roles such as Assistant Accountant. Emma is a qualified FCCA, having completed ACCA studies from 2008 to 2011.
