Nikki Holden is a Senior Product Manager at St John New Zealand since July 2016, responsible for developing and managing the annual marketing plan for commercial products, including telecare, first aid training, Automated External Defibrillators, and first aid kits. Prior to this role, Nikki took maternity leave from June 2015 to June 2016 and served as a Product Manager for First Aid Training at St John New Zealand from September 2013 to June 2015. Nikki's extensive experience includes roles at American Express, where Nikki worked as an Assistant Product Manager and in various marketing capacities from 2005 to 2013, and at Escape Holidays as a Marketing Analyst/Sales Support from 2003 to 2004. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Marketing and a Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Auckland University of Technology and a Certificate in Direct Marketing from the Direct Marketing Association.
