Christine Podolec is an accomplished payroll management professional with extensive experience in overseeing payroll operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at St. Joseph's Health since December 2021, Christine previously held the role of Payroll & HRIS Manager at Getinge from September 2011 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing payroll for up to 2,500 multi-state employees across 7 FEINs. Prior to this, Christine worked at Unilever for over 12 years in various payroll roles, including Payroll Manager for the Home and Personal Care Division, where oversight included processing payroll for over 10,000 employees, and implementing process improvements. Christine's career began with Unilever as a Payroll Information Specialist and progressed to a Payroll Tax Information Specialist, focusing on payroll tax filing activities. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University and an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
