Deepak Veetil has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Deepak started their career at Sierra Atlantic as a Delivery Manager, where they successfully led the design and implementation of a payroll consolidation project, generating significant revenue. Deepak then moved on to Mount Sinai Beth Israel, where they worked as a Senior Manager, overseeing day-to-day production support for enterprise business applications and integrating HR data. Later, at Mount Sinai Health System, Deepak served as the Director of Information Technology, leading a team of 40 members and managing various systems, such as enterprise resource planning, recruitment, and business intelligence. Currently, they are the Director of HRIS at St. Joseph's Health.
Deepak Veetil obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut in 2001. Deepak then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management of Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Deepak has obtained certifications in ICAGILE Certified Professional from ICAgile and Facilitative Leadership from Interaction Associates. Deepak also received the Predictive Analytics Modeler - Explorer Award for Students in 2016 from IBM.
