Currently serving as the Service Line Administrative Director at Saint Joseph Health System since June 2021, Michelle oversees critical care services, nursing supervisors, bed placement, and case management. Previously, Michelle held the role of Regional Director of Case Management at St. Joseph's Health and managed care management and nursing administration at St. Joseph's Healthcare System for over two decades. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University South Bend and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Ivy Tech Community College.
