Jill D'Alessandro has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jill began their career as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Susquehanna University in 1994, where they worked for a year. In 1995, they joined OAA Orthopaedic Specialists as an Athletic Trainer until 1998, when they became the Head Athletic Trainer at Stroudsburg High School. After spending six years there, Jill joined St. Luke's University Health Network in 2004 as a Patient Care Assistant and served in various roles, including Registered Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, and Patient Care Manager. Jill'slatest position at St. Luke's is Vice President of Patient Care Services, a role they have held since April 2016.

Jill D'Alessandro has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Moravian University, and they graduated in 2021. Prior to obtaining their BSN, they attended St. Luke's Hospital School of Nursing from 2004 to 2006 to study Registered Nursing. In 1991, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Athletic Training/Trainer from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
