From February 2020 to October 2023, Carolina held the positions of Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Coughlin Duffy LLP from January 2016 to January 2020 and as a Partner at Mendes & Mount from September 2006 to December 2015. Carolina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Penn State University and a Doctor of Law from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark.
