Carmen Galotta

Carmen Galotta is a Senior Physical Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics since July 2021, previously serving as a Physical Design Engineer at Arm from December 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included the physical design of the Cortex R82 CPU for automotive and functional safety applications. Carmen's career began with a Master Thesis Project at Nordic Semiconductor ASA, focusing on hardware DSP coprocessor design, followed by a summer internship at ETH, Zurich, developing an FPGA-based DDS system. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Micro and Nanotechnologies for Integrated Circuits from EPFL, an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
