Melina Talanis

Melina Talanis currently serves as the acting Director of the Foundation and ACMD Capital Campaign Director at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne since September 2022. Previously, Melina held several roles at Monash University from June 2014 to July 2022, including Deputy Director of Development for the STEM portfolio, where responsibilities included building philanthropic partnerships and aligning strategic priorities between partners and faculties. Other positions at Monash included Senior Development Manager, Development Manager for Engineering and Information Technology, and Senior Industry and Community Connections Officer, fostering connections between graduate education and industry. Melina's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Cologne and an exchange semester in Public Management and Econometrics from Monash University.
