Connor Gundy

Connor Gundy is an experienced manufacturing professional with a robust background in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing for STAAR Surgical since August 2022, Connor previously held the role of Sr Manufacturing Manager at Cirtec Medical from December 2020 to August 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Operations Manager at Boston Scientific and Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor at Abbott, where a diverse set of skills was developed, ranging from operations management to process engineering. Early career roles include manufacturing supervision at Abbott and internships with Zimmer Biomet and St. Jude Medical. Connor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 2016.
