Renate MacLaren

Renate MacLaren is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs with a strong background in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at STAAR Surgical since January 2019, MacLaren has previously held various leadership roles at Edwards Lifesciences, including Senior Manager and Senior Principal Project Manager in Regulatory Affairs. MacLaren's career also includes positions at Integrated Medical Systems as Director of Regulatory Affairs and at Karl Storz Endoscopy in multiple capacities, including Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist.
