Chantelle Palmer

Chantelle Palmer currently serves as the Head of People at Stability AI, having taken on multiple leadership roles including Head of Talent & Co People Leader and interim Head of Talent Acquisition since June 2023. Additionally, Chantelle is the founder of Wags & Wiggles, a doggy daycare and boarding facility set to open in 2024. Prior experience includes leading global R&D recruiting at Confluent and various HR and recruiting positions at Atlassian, including Global HR Business Partner for R&D programs. Earlier career milestones include roles at Link Recruitment Solutions, Talenta Global, and ISE Partners, among others. Chantelle holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Sheffield Hallam University.
