Ben Boeser

Ben Boeser is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in technology and business development. Currently serving as the COO and Co-founder of Stable Sea since February 2025, Ben focuses on providing global stablecoin offramps for businesses. Prior to this role, Ben was the Head of Ecosystems at Block from September 2022 to February 2025, where leadership included global partnerships and product management across various regions. Ben also contributed to the OpenID Foundation's Board of Directors, representing Block TBD and promoting secure identity standards. Earlier career experiences include senior roles at Shogun, where strategic business development and tech partnerships were key responsibilities, and at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, where Ben led open innovation initiatives. Ben holds a Master's degree in Business Information Systems from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and a certificate in Business Information Management from Berufsbildende Schule Technik 2 Ludwigshafen.
