Tony Tom

Tony Tom is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and product partnerships, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder of Stable Sea since February 2025. Prior to this role, Tony held the position of Product Partnerships Lead at TBD, where efforts focused on building strategic partnerships in the DeFi, Blockchain, and Crypto sectors. Tony’s previous roles include Global Operations Lead at Cash App, Chief Business Development Officer at moovel Group, and Co-Founder and COO of Paylasso, Inc. With a career spanning multiple companies, including GlobeSherpa, InComm Digital Solutions, Giftango Corporation, and Nike, Tony has consistently focused on innovative services and solutions that enhance consumer access and economic change. Tony holds a BA in History from Portland State University and has also studied at Azusa Pacific University.
