Tabitha Calhoun, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent, DEIB & Engagement at Stack Overflow, where Tabitha has developed and implemented comprehensive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategies to attract diverse talent and create empowering workplace environments. As the CEO and Founder of Canopy Inclusion since January 2017, Tabitha focuses on sustainable DEI strategies for small and mid-size organizations. Prior to these roles, Tabitha held positions at Renew Financial, including Senior Manager of Inclusion & Engagement and Manager of Diversity & Talent Initiatives, where Tabitha contributed to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging in the clean energy sector. Tabitha began a career in recruitment at FuseGlobal Partners, leading resourcing efforts for various industries. Tabitha is pursuing a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University and holds prior education from Southern Oregon University.
