Shalenie Aguinaldo

Shalenie Aguinaldo, CHRL, CEBS, is a seasoned HR technology professional with extensive experience in HR information systems and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Technology at StackAdapt since October 2024, Shalenie previously held roles including Manager of HRIS at CBI Health, where significant projects included launching an HR Dashboard and integrating systems like UKG Pro and NetSuite. Prior experience includes leading HR systems initiatives at Cadillac Fairview, SCI Group Inc, Progistix Solutions Inc, Procter & Gamble, and Barrick Gold Corporation. Shalenie holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sociology, and Physiology from the University of Toronto.
