Currently serving as an Erkend Bemiddelaar focused on building conflicts and as the owner of PHIRENTIS since 2015, Tom has also held significant positions such as Contract & Finance Project Manager for major projects like the Scheldetunnel Oosterweel and Brabo II at BAM Contractors BV since 2018. Previous roles include Group Business Controller at Verbraeken Construction NV, where a central financial reporting system was developed and implemented from 2015 to 2018, and Deputy Finance and Administration Manager at CFE (MBG) from 2008 to 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Administration and Controlling at STRABAG BELGIUM and as a Cost Controller, with a tenure marked by leadership as a board member from 2005.
