Matthew McGowan

Matthew McGowan, CSP, has extensive experience in staffing and sales, holding the position of Director of Strategic Sales Resources at Staffmark Group since February 2005. Over the years, McGowan has progressed through various roles, including Proposal Manager, Market Manager for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, Business Development Manager focused on the OH, KY, IN market, Branch Manager for multiple locations in Kentucky, and Account Manager for the Technical/Skilled Trades sector. McGowan also served as Vice President of the Lakota Sports Organization, contributing to youth athletic programs. Additionally, McGowan was a City Councilman for the City of Cheviot, holding several committee chair and member roles, and worked as an Assistant Manager at Campanello's Italian Restaurant. McGowan's early career includes serving as an MSE Systems Switching Network Operator in the US Army. Educationally, McGowan earned a BS in Information Technology from Capella University and graduated from LaSalle High School.
