Molly Triggs Sharrock

Molly Triggs Sharrock, PHR, currently serves as the On Site Human Resources Program Director at Staffmark Group since June 2019. Previously, Molly held the position of Area Human Resources Business Partner at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from August 2008 to January 2019, where responsibilities included partnering with 16 District leaders to provide HR guidance and promote company initiatives. Molly also worked as an HR Manager at Lowe's, collaborating with senior management to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and overseeing the employee life cycle. Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Emporia State University.
