Megan Patrakka

Megan Patrakka began their work experience in 2013 as a Marketing Student at Sudbury Women's Centre. In this role, they planned and executed events to raise awareness and funds for the organization. Megan also implemented marketing strategies and designed promotional materials.

In 2015, Megan joined StaffStat, Inc. as a Marketing Manager. Megan was responsible for creating all marketing content, including social media advertisements, print materials, and promotional items. Megan managed the company's social media accounts, posting and sponsoring ads and updates. Megan also edited and posted blog content created by employees.

During their time at StaffStat, Megan also served as a HR Quality Assurance Representative through a government-funded internship. In this role, they assisted with onboarding new customers, developed training manuals, handled customer service inquiries, and conducted customer research for demos. Megan also created print marketing materials and managed social media content.

In 2015, Megan also began working as a Marketing Manager at Plan A Powered by StaffStat, where they continue to work. No specific start or end dates were provided for this role.

Megan Patrakka completed their education with a focus on business administration and human resources management. Megan began their studies in 2010 at Cambrian College, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing in 2013. Megan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Lakehead University from 2013 to 2014. Megan further enhanced their qualifications by earning a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Cambrian College from 2014 to 2015.
