Prior to this role, Marlon Olivares worked for Schlumberger segmento Mi Swaco for over 17 years, holding the position of Senior Drilling Fluids Specialist. Marlon Olivares earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental 'Rafael María Baralt' from 2000 to 2007.
