Helen Lafford

Helen Lafford is an accomplished professional in the marketing and media industry, currently serving as the SVP Chief Growth Officer for Stagwell since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lafford held significant positions at Initiative, including EMEA Head of Growth and Network Operations Director from October 2019 to February 2023. Lafford's experience also encompasses serving as the Global Head of Special Projects at Blue 449 from June 2016 to October 2018, where responsibilities included enforcing brand vision at key events and client projects. Lafford contributed to global media support for the 2015 United Nations Global Development Goals while representing Blue 449 at Project Everyone.
